We received this question everyday,our answer is everythings is going well now as usual,but we still suggest

tourists stay in 3 Gilis will be much better at moment.But be sure to make reservation first if you are coming here in high season(July-Nov).here are only limited bungalows available.

1.Take an international flight from Singapore to Mataram international airport via Singapore airline ,then take an 40 minutes daily direct flight from Bali to Lombok,then take 45 minutes from airport to Bansal by car and another 20 minutes from Bansal to GiliAir by boat.

2.Take an 2.5 Hrs daily direct cruiser(Bounty Cruises) from Bali(Benoa) to Gili Meno(Lombok)(USD$:35---to Sengigi,USD$45---to GiliMeno----each person),then take 20 minutes boat to GiliAir.(P.s Bounty Cruises service terminated on 2003)

3.Take an 30 minutes daily direct flight from Bali to Lombok,then take 45 minutes from airport to Bansal by car and another 20 minutes from Bansal to GiliAir by boat.

4.Take an 4 hrs regular ferry (Only RP$15000) from Padangbai(Bali) to Lembar(Lombok),then take 45 minutes from harbour (Lembar) to Bansal by car and another 20 minutes from Bansal to GiliAir by boat.

5.Take an 2 hrs "speed ferry (USD$25 for economic class,USD$30 for First Class)"(Mabua Express) from Benoa (Bali) to Lembar(Lombok),then take 45 minutes from harbour(Lembar) to Bansal by car and another 20 minutes from Bansal to GiliAir by boat.

6.Just book "Perama"'s shuttle bus/boat package service(around RP$115000) from Bali to Lombok,no hassle,no more bargain,all included..easy and simple.

Our Suggestion:
Most economical and easiest way from Bali to Lombok is to book "PeramaPerama group's daily shuttle tour:
Their fare includes(RP$225000 one way/per person): 1.pick up from your hotel(or where you booked the tour)
2. Shuttle bus transport to Pandangbai for ferry
3.Ferry fare from Pandangbai(Bali) to Lembat(Lombok)
4.shuttle bus transport from Lembar to Mataram,Sengigi,or directly to Bansal(If you are willing to travel to Giliair,Meno..etc..)

PLs be noted that the porter in Pandangbai is WELL-KNOWN for their's BAD REPUTATION of ULTRA HIGH price to carry your luggage to ferry !!THe regular price should be around RP$1000 - RP$2000(depends the weight of your luggage),but they normally FLEET On tourist for about RP$8000-RP$10000 per luggage !!You better insist to carry by youself.
We recommend that you MUST book the First Perama(earliest scheduled shuttle) to Lombok,so you will be arrived in Gili by 15:30 PM,otherwise,you will have to pay a BIG money for the late boat from Bansal to Giliair.(RP$9000/Per person for Shuttle boat or RP$60000/Per Charted boat...non sharing)
